1. To be eligible to enter the Contest, an Entrant must be a U.S. citizen currently living within one the 50 US states or a legal U.S. resident (i.e. must be able to show proof of legal residence).
2. All contestants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Any contestant that is under 18 years of age shall not be considered to be eligible for entry in the Xcare Annual Giveaway Contest.
3. Contestants must have individual power of attorney and be able and permitted to make legal decisions on their own behalf.
4. Employees and official office-holders of Xcare, Inc., subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, representatives, agents, and members of the households (whether related or not) of such employees, representatives and directors as well as the national winners from previous years are ineligible to participate in this Contest.
The time period of the contest, both entry and award dates, shall be as listed in the initial posting of the contest to the general public. Entry dates shall be on a strictly TBA basis, and shall be announced with the initial opening of the contest.
Prizes, including but not limited to, primary and runner up awards shall be strictly as stated in the initial posting of the contest to the general public. Xcare, Inc. shall reserve the right to award and revoke prizes as seen fit by the company, and as set forth by the official rules. Xcare , Inc. shall reserve the right to change between contests the value, length, and details of the prize awarded.
The winning contestant shall be notified via the corresponding social media, by phone (if applicable), or by certified mail (if applicable and if the the contestant so chooses). The contestant will have 30 days from initial notification to respond, and or claim their prize. Failure to claim the prize within 30 days will result in the contestant being disqualified and the runner up being selected as the prize winner.
The contest shall be held on social media outlets that Xcare is connected with and has a distinct presence on. All contestants wishing to participate must do so on or with the corresponding social media outlets that the contest is posted on. Entries shall only be considered valid if done via the aforementioned outlets. Qualification for a valid entry shall be strictly as is listed on the corresponding social media outlet at the initial time of posting to the general public.
